From time to time, it maybe necessary for a member of our Support Team to assist you by way of a remote connection to your computer, where a screen-sharing session can be started. 

You will be requested to visit http://www.caliq.tv, and will be provided with an 8 digit number by our Support Team for you to enter, before pressing the Connect button.

A small program will be downloaded to your computer. Please click Run or Open if asked, and OK to any proceeding warning messages. A remote session will now be in progress between you and Caliq Support.
