Registration - Existing Clients

If you have previously contacted Caliq Support by e-mail or telephone in the past, you may have already been pre-registered for this service, pending activation. 


  • Please Submit a Ticket or send us an e-mail to support@caliq.com, requesting your login credentials be activated. You will receive an activation email with steps on how to set your Caliq Support Centre password. Once you have chosen and saved your new password, simply login with your new credentials.


If you're unsure, please contact our Support Team where we can check your details against our database.  We'll be pleased to assist.


Registration - New Clients

If you have not previously contacted Caliq Support, you can request to register by completing the following steps:

  1. Visit Caliq Support Centre and click Sign Up at the top right of the page.
  2. Complete your Full Name and Company Email Address
  3. Complete the Captcha (instructions will be provided on the page).
  4. Click Register.
  5. Once we have authorised your Sign Up request, you will receive an activation email with steps outlining how to set your Caliq Support Centre password. 
  6. Once you have chosen and saved your new password, simply login with your new credentials.


Once the above steps are completed, you will have full access to Caliq Support Centre. Please login using the Login button at the top right of the page, using your Registered Email Address & Password
