Updated version of External Stock Documents, if this is enabled the I=Images (MadPCI) is replaced with a new directory search and item display.
Currently available from with in:
- Stock Desk
- Order Desk
- Purchase Order Desk
- Works Order Completion
- Bill of Material Change
- Stock Search Module
If enabled the routine will do a directory including sub-directory's of two preset windows network folder path's looking for any filenames containing:
1) Stock Part Number
2 ) Drawing Ref
Its optional to return a list of all matches or just one file type, eg. PDF's only.
Results are shown in a data-grid with the ability to open a selected file or open the folder the file was found it.
If only 1 file is found it is automatically opened.
