How to make a user Inactive Print

Only Users with Admin rights can change another users Profile

System Desk

F6 Employees & Users

Select the Users TAB

Highlight and select the user

Select the Access Control Tab

F5 Edit

Untick the Access to the Trading Companies.

F12 Apply Changes

Now go back and select the Employees TAB

Highlight the user and select

F5 Edit

Untick the Active Flag

F12 Apply Changes
