Only Users with Admin rights can change another users Profile

System Desk

F6 Employees & Users

Select the Users TAB

Find and select the user

Select the Access Control Tab

F5 Edit

Tick or untick System Administrator Authorisation

F12 Apply Changes


 

You then need to make sure the user has System Desk on their menu.

The user will need to sign out of Caliq and back in to pick up their new authorisation.
